Where to Begin?
A long time ago, on a server in San Diego, SmallCap Digest began publishing its email-only newsletter to a small number of readers. Over the years that number has grown and continues to grow. Now, there are well over a million folks who wait for our free twice or thrice weekly missives. We might profile a company, issue a Trading Alert –or a Profit Alert–as well as provide pithy educational pieces that de-mystify the unnecessarily complex world of investing.
And we do it not as pundits or real smart folks, but as we feel an investor would view a stock or approach a topic.
We dislike analysts, economists and TV talking heads–mostly. The purpose of this blog is:
- To bring forward potentially profitable trading ideas
- To bring timelier information of topics of interest to our readers between articles
- Break news
- To have fun
Our homesite is here at: http://www.smallcapdigest.net We welcome comments and thoughts from all. We will post and comment on the best ones here and hope that this blog will help in your investment decisions process.
We’re pretty excited about this initiative. We expect our readership will be as well. By the way, my name is Bob and I’ll be your host. I’ve heard all the Bob jokes, so you can move on to things that matter as will I. For those with news readers such as NetNewsWire et al, our RSS feed is at the bottom right. I’m sure you know what to do. I expect we will eventually update daily as we both get more familiar with the format, my schedule permits and market events warrant.
