The Company specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of geothermal and water-source heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, commercial and institutional applications. HVAC units are manufactured on an assembly line by installing purchased components and fabricated materials according to engineered specifications. Marketed under the WaterFurnace and GeoStar brand names, these products are sold, installed and serviced to customers throughout North America and in other markets. The Company also provides loop installation services through its LoopMaster International, Inc. (LoopMaster) subsidiary. LoopMaster installs geothermal loops across the United States. Its WaterFurnace International, Inc. subsidiary is a manufacturer of geothermal heat pumps for residential, single-family homes in the United States.
