ValCom, Inc. is a diversified entertainment company. The Company is engaged in television production for network and syndication programming, motion pictures, and real estate holdings, however, revenue is primarily generated through the lease of the sound stages and production, a television (TV) network and live event broadcasting, including real estate auctions. As of September 30, 2010, the Companys operations consist of five divisions: Broadcasting, Film and TV Production Division, Live Theatre and Event Division, Distribution, and Real Estate and Other Broadcast Event Auctions. The Companys clients include movie studios and television networks. As of September 30, 2010, the Companys subsidiaries included Valencia Entertainment International, LLC (100%) and My Family TV, LLC (100%).
