Illumina Posts Record Results
Late last month, Illumina reported record financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2012. The companys revenue for the quarter rose 24% to $309 million. Non-GAAP net income for the quarter was $57 million, or $0.42 per share, up from $44 million, or $0.35 per share reported for the same period in the previous year. Illumina shares ended 1.24% lower at $50.25 on Monday. ILMN shares have been trading sideways over the past few weeks. The stock has been struggling to break through $52 resistance level. It has support at around $50. A bullish trend will be established if ILMN breaks through $52.
