ANV Security Group, Inc. (ANVS) was formally established in 2006 and became a public company in 2009 through a reverse merger transaction. Registered as a Nevada corporation, the Company currently trades on the OTCBB exchange under the stock symbol “ANVS”. In 2010, the Company moved its headquarters from Vancouver, Canada to Shenzhen, a Special Economic Zone, in Southern China, where it continued to focus on research and development of its technology platforms and service solutions.
As a research and development company, ANVS developed and patented the world’s first large-scale cloud-based intelligent video and security alarm technology, having been issued its patent in October 2009 (US2009/0265747A1). The patent and technology enables multi-platform security monitoring and alerts that are scalable for multinational enterprises and even home usage. Any triggered alarm instantly alerts users via SMS, e-mail, telephone, mobile phone, or a combination of any, worldwide, and captures the event images in video surveillance servers.
In 2011, ANV Security Group launched Global Intelligent Eye (GIE) to be a cost effective digital security monitoring solutions service provider for customers large and small. Tested in Canada and launched in China, GIE is focused on customer support and backend service for its multi-platform security monitoring and alerts in real-time through the internet or 3G networks. Customers are able to use a desktop computer, laptop, smart phone, or any other internet enabled device to visually monitor their locations where ANV devices have been installed.
GIE's key customers fall within five primary markets including large scale enterprises, small and medium businesses, residential, automotive & Fleet, and personal security and monitoring. At the large enterprise level, GIE is able to supplement physical security personnel presence with event monitoring, recording, and alerts. At the small and medium business level, GIE allows franchise or business owners to monitor employee and shop activity at a single or multiple locations. For residential home owners, GIE allows customers to cost-effectively monitor their homes while away on vacation or at work, including fire alarms, gas leaks, break-ins, or natural events. With GIE's GPS based location devices, automobile or fleet operators can install GIE's GPS or GSM enabled wireless cameras to monitor multiple vehicles and cargoes and track their positions globally. Through innovative technology, GIE's personal GPS or GSM enabled personal security and monitoring devices allow for users to alert GIE's call center or loved ones and be located in the event of an accident or threatening situation.
GIE uses a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model with integrated front-end sensors such as audio and video, infrared sensors, door sensors, smoke, humidity, temperature, acceleration, toxic gas, air particulate sensors, RFID, and GPS sensors over multiple network transmission modes such as fiber optic, 3G, WI-FI, microwave, GIS, GSM, and GPS to provide not only alerts, but also streaming media storage and forwarding capabilities to databases.
The benefit of the multi-platform monitoring service offered
by GIE equates to cost savings and peace of mind for customers.
No other service offers the robust versatility and innovative technology
developed by ANVS.
