Lime Energy Co. is a provider of integrated energy engineering, consulting and implementation solutions. The Company performs energy efficiency engineering and consulting, as well as the development and implementation of energy efficient lighting, mechanical, electrical, water, weatherization, and renewable energy solutions. The Companys clients include commercial and industrial businesses, property owners and managers, utilities, and energy service companies (ESCOs) serving United States government and educational institutions. In August 2009, the Company sold the assets of Maximum Performance Group, Inc. (MPG), which consisted of Energy Technology business. In February 2011, the Company created a subsidiary, Lime Energy Asset Development, LLC (LEAD).
