Disclosure

SCN employs contributors to help us manage and moderate our growing community. Their primary purpose is to keep our forum running smoothly and informatively for the benefit of its Members. They perform a variety of tasks, including acting as a virtual liaison for select public companies looking to establish an awareness and presence within SCN Community. These public companies that choose to have an official Small Cap Network liaison to help manage and moderate their individual company spaces compensate SCN a nominal monthly fee for this service.

These contributors also contribute to the various discussions throughout our community. They are free to contribute, or not contribute, as they see fit. Their opinions are their own. SCN does not regulate what the staff says about a company. In fact, their opinions may differ substantially from each other as to the value of specific investments.

Some Small Cap Network Contributors may have investments in the stocks they discuss, and some do not. Provided below is our disclosure policy for all Small Cap Network Employees and Contracted Contributors.

  • All SCN employees and contractors -- are required to publicly disclose their current individual stock holdings at the end of an article they've written and in the appropriate area when referencing or discussing a stock they own.
  • Cannot write about a stock in the period from 3 days before to 3 days after purchasing or selling the stock.
  • Cannot trade based on any knowledge they may have about articles that have yet to be published.
