Dejour Enterprises Ltd. (Dejour) is a Canada-based company. It is in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing energy projects with a focus on oil and gas exploration in Canada and the United States. As of December 31, 2009, the Company held approximately 130,000 net acres of oil and gas leases. The Company have operations in The Peace River Arch of northwestern British Columbia and northeastern Alberta, Canada, and The Piceance, Paradox and Uinta Basins in the US Rocky Mountains. The wholly owned subsidiary of the Company is Dejour Energy (Alberta) Ltd. (DEAL). During the year ended December 31, 2009, DEAL operated wells averaged about 456 barrels of oil equivalent/day (BOE/D) (202 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) of oil and natural gas liquids and 1,524 million cubic feet per day (MCFD) of gas). As at December 31, 2009, DEALs holdings totaled 20,247 net acres concentrated in the Peace River Arch and the Montney shale basin.

Completely agree with past 2 posters.The NAV of the stock is at minimum 3X ,could be 5X share price when UD reserves are upgraded,soon.

I bought this stock at 0.39 and sold it at 0.55 I came back to it at 0.41 and staying long......this stock is a sleeping monster .I see it trading at 1.20 by june 2012

Dejour has all the right properties.It's value is 3X it's market cap. The problem is it has become a trader stock.Insider selling ,mainly from it's largest shareholder has spurred on a day trader type investment strategy sanctioned by tech. analysis.,sad
