Ceragon Networks Ltd. is a provider of wireless backhaul solutions, which enables cellular operators and other wireless service providers to deliver voice and data services, such as Internet browsing, music and video applications. The wireless backhaul solutions use microwave technology to transfer telecommunication traffic between base stations and the core of the service providers network. It also provides the solutions to businesses and public institutions, which operate their own private communications networks. In September 2010, the Company acquired Elxys Innovations.
